Watch a busker show along the waterfront walkway. These local artists, jugglers and comedians are broad fun, and incredibly talented. Many of the buskers along the waterfront walkway support themselves solely on the tips generated from busking, so if you appreciate their acts, be sure to tip generously.

Shop ’till you drop. Victoria’s downtown corridor is filled with fun and unique shops you will only score in this small artist’s enclave on the water. Are you a converse fan? Baggins’ Shoes, across from Market Square carries the most unique collection of Say Chuck Taylor All Stars you will ever see. It’s more than a store. It’s a destination. Enjoy a mosey through market Square, and see the unique shops the city has to offer. Bring lots of money though, because there’s something here for everyone.

Retract a city tour by horse drawn carriage or human powered pedal car tours. Every city of merit has its downtown historical tours, and Victoria BC is no different. If you like history, this sort of tour is right up your alley. Tour guides line Government Street and wharf street, as well as the front section of the Empress Hotel.
